Concrete Repair
$1,300 for the flat work, the rest was cutting the concrete. We verbally agreed on this. Around July 1st I get a notice of a lien being filed on my home for the cost of the concrete of $814.96, which he never paid. I contacted him about this and he let me know it was a mix-up in his billing and would pay me within a month. I attempted to work with him, and let him know I would take a few hundred per month. I have not received a penny and he won't return my calls. There was nothing wrong with the work, but the billing is terrible.
