Rolando called ahead of time. On the first visit for annual service he explained several things and even sprayed inside the garage. Also cleaned up spider webs on the exterior. He was careful to explain that we had to be out for 24 hours if he sprayed indoors because of our 10 month old child. I'm glad he asked about it!
Update: Rolando still calls the day before he arrives and we have had absolutely no issues with pests in the last year.
