He was very punctual.  He came in and looked at the leak.  Knew right away what was wrong.  He had a spare part in his truck, but it didn't match my faucet so he fixed the leak with the part he had, then said he would look for a part that matched.  He also figured out a problem we were having with our faucets surging.  Came back 2 night later because he had to caulk the sink and we couldn't use it for 48 hours.  He knew we were leaving for the weekend.  He caulked my sink and I paid him.  VERY nice man.
