Tim took lead on sales side. Originally, we were planning to put in tankless water heaters but he gave me some facts that caused me to question that path. After mire digging I became convinced the info he gave me was valid and we elected to install the tanks. I was out of town when the installation occurred but was pleasantly surprised to see the install team did a good job cleaning their workspace. Had I not had new heaters I would not have known they had been there.

Terrible. Stay away. Do not hire these plumbers. They have terrible service. Impolite and incompetent.

He has a very good reputation. We chose to go with someone else that had a lower estimate. I wouldn't hesitate from what I know about him to use him. He was very professional. His quote was not out of line but we had two people to choose from that had the same reputation. The other was a little bit lower. The overall impression was excellent.

I had a good experience with him. I have used him several times. He put in fixtures and hooked up the lines. They are professional. They are cautious when working. They covered their feet when they come in, so they don't dirty the floor. I really appreciated that.
