THE WORKERS WHO HAD INSTALLED THE ALARM SYSTEM HAD EXPLAINED IN GREAT DETAIL WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB. I DEFINITELY HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WHILE WORKING WITH THEM.

I DIDN'T WANT THE MONTHLY MONITORING AND THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD TAKE DOWN ALL THE EQUIPMENT THEN. THE SALESPERSON DIDN'T TELL US THAT IN THE AGREEMENT THAT WE HAD TO HAVE IT. I AM SOMEWHAT PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES OTHERWISE.
