+ -1 moreThe gentleman came for an estimate on my wood shingle roof. His company was recommended to me through a third party. He did come as stated and promised to provide me with a written estimate for his services. He didn't have an email and didn't state he would send it either through regular mail. He was going to drop it at my house on one of his trips to Fresno. This estimate never materialized. I called the company when the two weeks had gone by but my call was never returned.
