The owner and I did a through walk through of our home and I explained in detail what I wanted to be done, and he took copious notes. Which gave me "warm fuzzy's"
In reality what happened was the quality of the cleaning kept getting poorer and poorer. I contacted the owner and filed a complaint and he assured me that the problems would be taken care of immediately. After that things started to get broken and the house-cleaner would blame it on the cat.
To sum it up the quality went down and the price stayed the same. We ended up "firing" them and hired them back about a year later for a short period and had the same experience.

They do break things and they don’t do a very good job cleaning, at least in this area. I will not be using them again in the future.
