We looked at three bids and Lowe's was the best price. After choosing the flooring and paying upfront for the flooring and installation a local company (Terry's Flooring in Dinuba) was assigned by Lowe's to do the work. It took a few days to get the flooring which we picked up at Lowe's to save on delivery charges. Terry's Flooring called right away and about two weeks later began the job. We were glad for the two week interim as we needed time to take out the carpet, move furniture and paint the rooms and closets.
One person was assigned to do the installation and he did a great job finishing in a day and a half. He was very friendly, on time, cleaned up and was open to answering questions we had and in offering suggestions on a few issues.
We were very pleased with the process.
