There are over a hundred broken tiles, the tiles are not interlocked, many tiles were cut to fit rather than find the ones that already fit, they broke tiles "cleaning" them with a chisel, they broke tiles removing them with a claw hammer instead of using a puller, they broke my sprinklers, ruined my lawn with their truck, and did not remove the old insulation before adding the new. Even if they had a permit from the County, which they didn't, and had not broken the tiles (which they said were already broken?) as a roofing job the spacing is uneven, tiles are already falling off, there are missing tiles, and the hip gully is uncovered. It looks terrible and will definitely leak when it rains.
