Rick also went above and beyond to contact our builder to make sure that the panel being ordered matched what already existed, and also kept us updated. Rick arrived at our home within 30 minutes of my call.  He quickly assessed the situation.  Our door was out balance and needed lubricating badly.  He showed my husband where to oil the mechanism, where to buy the oil, and how often it should be done.  Very helpful and professional.  He also changed the light bulb which is different than what we have on hand and is able to withstand the wear and tear of the garage opener.

In November, he came to the house to fix the noisy and vibrating screw drive garage door opener.  He oiled the garage door hinges and adjusted the springs.  He oiled the screw drive and did some adjustments.  He charged $60.00.  Since it was still vibrating and was very noisy, we decide to have it replaced in December 2014.  I had him come back out in January because the door had a jiggle when it started to close, otherwise it worked perfectly.  He came to the house at no charge and assured me that the door should do that to protect the belt driven opener.  It is now March 2015 and we have had no problems with it.

Attitude on the phone and in person was a bit gruff and short. However, provider arrived within 30 minutes of the call and repaired the door within 20 minutes. Very pleased with the quick response (on a Sunday) and fast repair. They did charge an extra $50 for a Sunday call. Cost was higher than other companies but no one else could come this quickly.

I highly recommend the services of Rich Booth  of AAA Garage Door, Inc for garage door repair. My garage door was sticking at a joint inside the track. I called for an appt on Monday afternoon and he came out on Tues. The appt was for 4:30 and he was actually a little early. When he saw the issue, he knew right away how to fix the problem. The necessary part was on his truck and the problem was solved when the part was replaced. He also oiled the various parts and took a few minutes to explain some things I wanted to understand. My problem was resolved in half an hour. I will definitely call Mr. booth the next time I need help with garage doors. His service was efficient, effective, and priced fairly.

"Thanks for taking time out to give us a review. I believe you may have misunderstood what i was trying to explain to you about your operator. First, A tip up door was never intended to have an operator attached to it. The manual/instructions for the operator clearly state that it is to be installed LEVEL. To run a tip up door the operator HAS to be installed on a severe angle so as to not damage the door or operator when it is activated to run the door. Second, The photo eyes provided do not give protection when opening or closing the door, The door opens and closes in such a way that it could severely hurt someone or worse, an the photo eyes (safety device) would not prevent it, hence the liability issue. I have been working on Industrial, Commercial and Residential doors for 20+ years and am fully capable of working on any and all operators....Except when it comes to being unsafe or voiding warranties If in the future, if you have a need to install a modern roll-up door i would be happy to reinstall your Garage Door and operator properly."

Speaking of expense, no one else came close to his price. I couldn't be happier with my new garage door and the quality of the service provided. Rich was awesome.  My car was locked in the garage, so obviously I needed someone to come out today.  He was here in less than an hour and even offered to come within 30 minutes, but I told him I could wait.  He was here right at the agreed upon time actually 2 minutes early.  He was pleasant, professional and honest.  He was quick and did a great job!  Will be recommending him to all of my friends and neighbors.....and will call him again if we need him.  He had the job done in about 20 minutes.
