These guys rock.
"[remove member name], I appreciate your valuation. I will have a talk with your technician about not letting you see the scale of the weighed in refrigerant that was used. I believe our customers should have the right to inspect any of our equipment or procedures. Comfort Now offers 100% satisfaction guarantee, If you don't feel that we are not the best service provider you have ever had working on your equipment I would like to refund all of your money that was spent on the service call. I have reviewed your invoice and it looks like you were charged an $80 dollar service fee plus 2 lbs of R-22 at $45 dollars a pound. A full refund of $170 dollars is on the way. Please give me a call to discuss what we could have done to serve you better. P.S. Small leaks are usually caused by loose access valves or service caps. When we find a system that is a little low on refrigerant like yours we tighten the access valve and service caps in hope that the leak will stop. If we find the system low on refrigerant again the second year we recommend finding the leak and fixing the problem before it gets worse and more costly. Air conditioning units should not leak refrigerant. Hopefully your system is not leaking anymore but if it is I highly recommend fixing it before it causes a more serious problem and greater cost. Sincerely, Dustin Miller"
"[member name removed], I'm the owner of Comfort Now. I'm really sorry that you feel our service was unreasonably priced. We strive to WOW customers and provide value in all of our jobs. We would be grateful to have you back as a customer. The capacitor that we put into your system actually cost us around $66 and we provide a 5 year warranty with that. There are cheaper capacitors available that we could buy for 12 dollars but we find that they do not last as long and cause more headaches and call backs on those hot days. We appreciate you and your business. Give me a call if there is anything I can do. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/GLOBAL-Capacitor-2ELT2?gclid=CMWM4-K_3LcCFUlxQgod-CsAog&cm_mmc=PPC:GooglePLA-_-Motors-_-Motor%20Supplies-_-2ELT2&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=2ELT2&ef_id=UVT60wAABdmKeUyf:20130611171119:s"
