They were punctual and got the job done quickly. They also went out of their way and wrote a report for my home warranty company.

Dustin answered all my many questions during prior to the purchase and the day of, everyone arrived on time and was very professional. The project took about 6 hours to complete and they did an excellent job of cleaning everything up and reviewing any questions I had after the install. This is the second unit I purchased from Comfort Now and I have recommended them to many people.

AC went out (13 year old unit) and they replaced and repaired the faulty parts right from their service truck. Brandon was the technician and did great work. When I asked how hard they worked in this heat he admitted he was putting in 70 hour weeks. The owner called while the technician was there just to check in and see that all was on track.
These guys rock.

They were very professional and honest. They knew what the other company had told us but didn't capitalize on it.

Nate did a great job repairing the low voltage wires that our dog chewed through. He was early to the appointment and explained everything he did and what to look for to make sure the AC unit functions properly.

The person who did the service told me next time they would have to inspect the system and find the leak and fix it for $600 plus.
Response from Comfort Now Air Conditioning & Heating
"[remove member name], I appreciate your valuation. I will have a talk with your technician about not letting you see the scale of the weighed in refrigerant that was used. I believe our customers should have the right to inspect any of our equipment or procedures. Comfort Now offers 100% satisfaction guarantee, If you don't feel that we are not the best service provider you have ever had working on your equipment I would like to refund all of your money that was spent on the service call. I have reviewed your invoice and it looks like you were charged an $80 dollar service fee plus 2 lbs of R-22 at $45 dollars a pound. A full refund of $170 dollars is on the way. Please give me a call to discuss what we could have done to serve you better. P.S. Small leaks are usually caused by loose access valves or service caps. When we find a system that is a little low on refrigerant like yours we tighten the access valve and service caps in hope that the leak will stop. If we find the system low on refrigerant again the second year we recommend finding the leak and fixing the problem before it gets worse and more costly. Air conditioning units should not leak refrigerant. Hopefully your system is not leaking anymore but if it is I highly recommend fixing it before it causes a more serious problem and greater cost. Sincerely, Dustin Miller"

Probably the best experience with a contractor ever. I had 6 different quotes and no this wasn't the cheapest but there was nothing else you could ask for. The cheapest vendor never called me back and there as a national vendor who bid on the same product at 12,000 vs 5,000. Really, the same thing for that much more shows why that one called back to offer a new and quot;promotionaland quot; rate. Can you say scam... Dustin was very detailed during the initial visit and explained what kind of unit I had, and proposed three different solutions and the pro's and con's of them all. There was no high pressure sales he also answered some questions I had later on before I decided to go with them. Once I made the decision, the inspection was done, and the installation was great. The crew was very professional, (no young guys, goofing off, smoking or sitting around). They were very detailed pointed out a couple of issues during the process and kept the inside and outside of the house very clean. They were supper informative during the process and Dustin also showed up during the install to inspect everything and to follow up once completed. if your looking for probably the most honest and best Customer Service in this area I would recommend this vendor to anyone. I have another unit that is 25+ years old and I will be using Comfort Now when its time to do that one too.

The guy was great; the technician was really good and gave good personal service. But I think they were overcharging. Once they've showed me the part, I looked it up on my phone real quick and that part was $12. They charged me a $170. He was a great guy and he didn't own the business. He was very knowledgeable, but I thought they were really overpriced. I've gone to other people and that guy charged me $50. As far as service goes, it was very good service. I thought the price was almost unreasonable. Because of the high pricing I would go to someplace else.

"[member name removed], I'm the owner of Comfort Now. I'm really sorry that you feel our service was unreasonably priced. We strive to WOW customers and provide value in all of our jobs. We would be grateful to have you back as a customer. The capacitor that we put into your system actually cost us around $66 and we provide a 5 year warranty with that. There are cheaper capacitors available that we could buy for 12 dollars but we find that they do not last as long and cause more headaches and call backs on those hot days. We appreciate you and your business. Give me a call if there is anything I can do. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/GLOBAL-Capacitor-2ELT2?gclid=CMWM4-K_3LcCFUlxQgod-CsAog&cm_mmc=PPC:GooglePLA-_-Motors-_-Motor%20Supplies-_-2ELT2&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=2ELT2&ef_id=UVT60wAABdmKeUyf:20130611171119:s"
