Clark Pest Control

On 1/14/13 there were two rat bait boxes in the garage and my dog was in there briefly.  He ingested some rat bait and I had to rush him to the vet as he vomited and the tell-tale green/blue granules were in the vomitus.  He and the other dogs were treated for rat poisoning and the cost was nearly $1,000.00.  I was told by Shannon the supervisor that they would not pay for this, and in fact was told later, "oh maybe it was the gopher poison?"  Hardly, since there were no proximity between the two, it was a moot point.  Shannon told me to make an appointment with another technician, Rick.  I did not want to entertain the idea but took the appointment anyway.  I decided however once and for all I did not want any more issues with chemicals by them, so I cancelled it (set for 2/28).  Then Shannon came over to my house today on a cold call, to give me his card.  I simply don't want them to coerce me and harass me.

They were great at the beginning. Average in the middle. The last 6-8 with them, the work wen way down hill. The workers were very so-so at the end. They were also hard to get a hold of. One time I had a black widow spider web outside. They came out, said they took care of it and left. The web was still outside.

They are really good; if I call them up because I see ant trails then they will be here either that day or the very next day.  I would rate them highly, and would use them again in the future if I needed to.

CLARK PEST CONTROL DID A GOOD JOB SPRAYING FOR PESTS. NOW I NO LONGER HAVE ANTS AND CRICKETS ALL OVER MY HOME. HOWEVER, THEY WERE NOT ON TIME VERY OFTEN AND I FEEL THEY NEED TO WORK ON COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHEN SCHEDULING TIMES TO COME AND WORK.
