I think they just know what they're doing, they don't cut corners. They are out to please you. They want to do a good job and take pride in what they do.

I worked with a person by name Russell Christenson. His services are excellent. He is really a good guy, his prices are good and he is dependable. He is friendly and an easy person to work with. He is very professional too.

He is the best plumber I have worked with in the bay area. He worked very creatively, as the house is a little older. He is a very nice and trustworthy man. He is very easy going and is a no nonsense person. He shows up when he says he will, and if he is running late he will call and let you know. Very good with communicating.

I thought they did a good job. My sink has been draining well since they came out. I thought the price was good and the guy did clean up the area after he was done as well.
