THEY CAME LATE AT NIGHT, WHICH TO ME SEEMED UNUSUAL. THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS TAKEN CARE OF. THEY APOLOGIZED, BUT I WAS GLAD THEY CAME TO FIX MY AIR CONDITIONER.
