I tried to replace the pool pump myself but found out that it was missing the diffuser thanks to Dave. With the new diffuser the pump runs like a champ.

First of all let me say that Dave is a true professional. He returned my phone call immediately and was able to make an appt. with me for the same day. He was able to determine what the issues were and within 24 hours was back to get the filter back up and running. I live in a rental house and was not interested in spending a bunch of money on the landlord's pool so Dave gave me options that fit my budget. I was so impressed with his work ethic, his communication style and his upbeat personality that I have kept him as my weekly pool service. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for all the help Dave!

About 5 months ago much to my dismay the gas line for my pool heater went bad. I got a total of 4 bids, all were very expensive and I did not have any confidence at all in the vendors doing the bidding. Finally my pool maintenance person recommended this organization, so I got a bid for the job, which was fair and the owner scoped out the work in detail (something the other vendors would not do unless I committed to using them). The owner also told me that a section of the brick deck would have to be removed and replaced so that the line would run the required 5 feet away from the neighbor's fence. None of the other vendors mentioned this, in fact, they all had planned to run the line at the fence line, and I was not aware that this was not acceptable until the owner of Orange Hills Pool and Spa informed me. We agreed to a start date and the work was completed in 5 days, the crew did a great job, they were polite and friendly. The owner of this firm has an excellent and quot;bedside mannerand quot;, he is easy to converse with and is very willing to take the extra time to explain the scope of the work and any details contained within the job.
Additionally, I had to have a plumber come to my residence to replace a water shut off valve and the owner of OHPand S, who had recommended the plumber, came to my residence at the same time the plumber did to make sure the job was bid properly and completed to my satisfaction. Value added!
