It did not work before they were there and it works perfectly after they were there. They showed up the same day as the call and arrived when they said they would. They were clean and neat in their work. I thought it was a bit pricey but perhaps that was for the parts. It runs like new now and it is a 15 year old machine. We will definitely use them again.
