KELLY CUSTOM TILE FINISHING

I used Kelly Custom Tile Finishing. I just had some services done a month ago perhaps. I am not going to really recommend him. I was disappointed. I have used him 3 times and I am just not too satisfied with the work. It is just that the work hasn't held up. He is very easy to deal with but I don't know what has happened with his work that it doesn't hold up. It maybe the seals that he uses, I don't know. I think he is fair for the price, he is very fair. I would not use this provider right now, I am looking for somebody else. I guess I would consider but if I find somebody else I won't use him.

Everything went very well. This is the second time that I have used him. He does the work himself with a helper. They are both very good. The quality is there. He shows up when he says he is going to. He follows up if necessary.

He was very nice to work with doing a good job. The owner personally did the job with an assistant in three days. They were great cleaning up well after the job was finished. I would absolutely use this company again.

Excellent. Prompt, low key, hard working and did exactly as estimated time and materials.

In a nutshell, I was happy with the service he provided. Given the special nature of French Limestone (as opposed to Ceramic), I was looking for someone who had experience working with this type of tile. Doug came to our house and provided a free estimate. I called him two other times regarding some questions I had and he always called me back in a prompt manner. His price was quite reasonable and I eventually hired him. He came on the day and at the time he said he would. He came with one other worker and they worked diligently throughout the entire day. I was very happy with his work. What I liked best was that they both did the work of cleaning the tiles by hand (literally on hands and knees scrubbing) as opposed to using a machine. He was nice, polite, reliable and hardworking. I will hire them again in the future.

This was a superior transaction from start to finish. I found this company on Angie's List and read the favorable reports, deciding to use their services. I called and the appointment was made conveniently and soon. They arrived on time, proceeded in a professional manner, and completed the work with outstanding results. Doug even color matched and applied grout where there was a spot missing. He gave me clear instructions about maintaining the floors before he left. I will definitely use him next time (which he told me should be in about 2 years). I could not imagine a more satisfactory experience.

Doug called me back immediately and provided an estimate the same day. Scheduled work quickly and was done as promised without any inconvenience to me or my family. I did very little prep work in terms of moving furniture etc. His price is reasonable and work is as promised and I now plan to have my floors cleaned by him several times a year!

DOUG KELLY IS A GREAT GUY. HE SHOWS UP PROMPTLY AND HIS CREW GOT TO WORK. THE JOB WAS DONE WITH LITTLE INCONVENIENCE TO MY FAMILY AND THE FLOORS TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY. WE WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN.
