Since I have been using him, he has given me recommendations for other people. I keep using him because after the first call he was extremely qualified. Their best qualities are their dependability and professionalism.
Both office staff and the techs were extremely professional and helpful. They are without a doubt, my new go-to A/C, Heating and Plumbing Service Professionals.
The other AC service guys I called that morning didn't return my call until 6 hours later.
They were a delight to work with. They arrived on time and were friendly, outgoing, and professional. They didn't even mind the help my dogs gave them while they were working on the unit.
The diagnosis was the fan motor was burnt out. They had the part, and installed the new motor and were quick about it! Service call/install/part was a total of $425.00 Parts and labot guaranteed for 2 yrs.
They came in and tested to make sure it was cooling the house down, they had a detailed overivew of the entire visit and what was done etc. They advised me to switch the type of filters I was using for the heating and ac in the house. Told me it will save me money in the long run for future. A nice tip I will definitely follow.
I would highly recommend this company, and will use them again if needed!
Sean and Eric were pleasant, clean cut, punctual, uniformed in crisp attire with embroidered names on shirts, and liked my dog.
I had received a much higher quote from another company on Angie's List due to the 4th of July Holiday. I was told I could wait for them until the following Tuesday for non-Holiday fees. I called TLC !! Sean was kind, patient, and clear on pricing and made an appointment for 2 hours from my initial call. They wasted no time upon arrival; checked out the system, diagnosed, explained problem, repair, and cost. They remained to make sure the unit was cooling. On receipt, 5 steps of their "Diagnosis/Solution" were written out, read to me by Sean, at which time I wrote a check and signed the work order. Complete with 1 year guarantee on parts. It doesn't get any better! Yes, I highly recommend TLC.

heating system problem. Mr. McCourt called us back the same day and made an
appointment for the next day. He showed up promptly. He is neat, courteous,
professional and knowledgeable in his field.
He went right to work , assessed the problem, we agreed on a
price. Mr. McCourt retrieved the needed repair part and replaced it (INDUCER MOTOR). The
system now works fine and the repair has a 2 year parts and labor warranty.
We are very satisfied with Mr. McCourt and his service. He also explained the
functioning of our heating and air conditioning systems. He is full of good
information. We will not hesitate to call him in the future.
I don't know what happened with the first number, but the second one was TLC Plumbing, Heating and Air. Sean managed to get over there by 2 p.m. that same day, and kept in very good contact with me about what he found (in a unit that hadn't been serviced in 15 years), what he saw for needed repairs, costs, all of it. Luckily when the contact melted (from corrosion) it didn't take out the rest of the system, so he was able to replace it with parts carried on his truck, check over the system for other problems once it was powered on, and then recharge it with freon.
Total cost: less than $500, (the only reason I gave it a good, rather than an excellent, would be I was hoping to keep it around a couple hundred dollars. But considering a new unit is $3500-$6000, I can live with this bill!) and he took a credit card over the phone. Sean, the owner, was very pleasant, very polite, and had no problem explaining the situation and details to me when I asked for specifics. I didn't have to leave work, my tenants were minimally inconvenienced, and the AC works better than ever. I told my tenants to keep TLC's number, we'll be using him again!
in. What we appreciated most was he kept us apprised of what was going on at all times. He charged $45 for the first service call and then took that off our final bill. He also offered a 10% senior discount which we were able to take advantage of. Sean let us know what needed to be replaced and why, as well as why certain items cost so much. We would not hesitate to call Sean again.
Sean was very helpful in explaining the details of what is involved and did not charge us for the visit. We are first-time homeowners and this is all new to us, so it was a relief to have someone knowledgeable and helpful explain our options. It was nice to have someone explain what different directions we could go with this without being given a sales pitch. I would definitely call them for service in the future.
Sean was courteous and helpful. I couldn't be more satisfied.
We have AC again. Thank you very much Sean!
