The person that came out said he was the owner, Victor. I paid them $95, but the bill was over $1600. They then mailed, and emailed me two additional estimates which didn't include the faucet and some other the things I wanted done. They wanted to redo the shower, and put an access hole in the wall. I kept telling them the shower was working fine! I will never use Rescue Plumbers again, nor can I recommend them.
