It was horrible. They have given me the silent treatment. They preformed shotty work and refused to communicate with me about my concerns and not even able to return calls.

Smooth. With crazy weather they were kind and courteous, calling us to inform us when they would come out and why. After the installation they went over everything and fixed and slight imperfections. Would definitely hire again. Great job!

Freddy and his crew did an excellent job. From the beginning, Freddy provided design ideas and listened to my desires. He was punctual and the work was done to my satisfaction. In the days to follow, he was attentive to the minor corrections needed and remained committed to the end of the work.

Excellent! The lawn looks amazing and the grass looks so real. It's so bright and lush green. No more watering, or gardening services needed. The only way it looks like fake grass is because it looks so perfectly manicured, but I'll take that any day over watering, brown grass and paying gardeners. It feels soft and comfortable to walk and lay on. I think when you break up the grass with plants, or rocks, or other landscaping designs, it tends to look more real. If it's one big sheath and stretch of grass, that's the only time it looks too good to be true. So, get creative with the design! It's one of the best things we've done for our house. The guys were great to deal with and work with. It was done so fast and professionally. We used the HERO program to pay, so that was an added incentive. Everyone that comes over loves our grass and gives us many compliments!

Far surpassed my expectations. Completed on time and price was better than any other contractors I got estimates from. Very professional and had upgrade suggestions that I would have never thought of that made my yard look better than I could have imagined.

Best experience I've had with hired help. They work fast, efficient, and they leave no mess. The job could have took 2 days, but due to the intermittent rain it took about 5 days. As a potential client I will tell you the truth. We had a hiccup with the design of our fence. Our project was so large that I wanted my hand in every detail, but I forgot to look into the fence design. The fence was the last thing to be installed, and again the intermittent rain caused it to be delayed. So after all of the great work that was already done I trusted that the fence would just as immaculate as the rest of the work already completed. To put it lightly the fence that was originally installed did not even compare to the rest of their work, but from what I could tell it wasn't the same crew. Maybe third party crew. We expressed our disapproval to Freddie, and he was all over it. He and his crew fabricated a new fence from scratch that would challenge any in the neighborhood. He really takes care of this clients and will fix any errors at his expense to satisfy them. You WILL be 100% happy with your project in their hands. That's why I would ONLY recommend Freddie at Monarch!

My house looks like a resort destination and is definitely the talk of my neighborhood.

I did consultations with several other companies before choosing Monarch. I called Freddie one morning and that very night he was at my house and we were signing a contract. He had the exact vision I had. I didn't have the full down payment up front so he took a post dated check and him and his crew were at work at 7am the next morning. Everything was kept clean and organized throughout the entire process and my yard is absolutely beautiful. I also had him build me a patio cover out back, the entire length of the house, with recessed lighting and ceiling fans. It's gorgeous. He went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of landscaping and more.

it's the best patio I every had he kept coming back until we were happy with everything we couldn't be happier. I do have more work and I will make sure that he is the one that does it.

Arrived on time. The crew was very professional. They did an excellent job.

Job went extremely well! Workers showed up on time and on schedule and worked very fast. They always cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile to make things look perfect. The wall looks amazing and is perfectly level considering it is over 150 ft long that is saying something. The sod looks beautiful and the sprinklers cover all of the grass perfectly. Everything went very well!! Freddie was very responsive and always returned my calls immediately! He even came by to check on the grass a week after install to make sure it was rooting well. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

It went alright. They did a nice job on the landscaping and fire pit, but did not center my firepit on the concrete slab. Due to this they did discount the price. My bottom stair is also not level and another stair cracked from the weather. Some of the plants died, but Freddie came out and replaced the dead plants.

Monarch workers came and gave a free estimate which was accepted.  Workers came at given time and spent first day tearing out the back yard and leveled out the soil.  Made arrangements with curbing sub contractor to come and put in the curbing.  By the way, the sub contractor came did his job and left.  I was impressed with the curbing specialist.  The next work day once again Monarch showed up at given time and worked ALL day and got the soil once again smoothed out and laid weed barrier and smoothed out the gravel.  Upon finishing gravel work they worked on area for the turf.  They got it smoothed out and laid gravel barrier then a sand barrier then put a weed barrier down.  Came back the next morning and laid the artificial turf, which is nailed and glued down.  Upon finishing the job, which took all day, because watching I found this process is not as easy as i thought.  Turf was fluffed up and no bumps or tears, just beautiful turf.  When Monarch left I was happy happy happy.  Workers were all extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  Each day mess was cleaned up and trash removed.  I recommend Monarch Landscape and Design.  Very professional.  Love my yard guys...  : )

Called Monarch Landscaping on December 7th, Freddie arrived on-time for our appointment. Freddie was efficient and a knowledgeable representative of the company. His crew arrived when Freddie said they would. He did an excellent job on our stamped concrete patio and outdoor lighting. He paid attention to all the details. His crew worked quietly and picked up after themselves when done. They took away the dirt that another concrete company I had hired, left in my back yard. The overall experience was phenomenal. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them!
