They put a door us. It was a 50 year guarantee door, but when the rains started, the water actually came in but they wouldn't honor the guarantee. It was not a good experience.

IT WAS REALLY GOOD. THEY WERE QUICK FOR A RESPONSE. I BOUGHT IT, AND WITHIN AN HOUR THEY CALLED TO ASK IF THEY COULD COME BACK AND INSTALL IT. IT WAS THE SAME DAY.

WE HAVE JUST DONE BUSINESS WITH HOME DEPOT IN OTHER AREAS AND WE HAVE FOUND THE PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, WE CAN CALL THEM AND THEY WILL FIND OUT. THEY HAVE JUST ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASANT. I FELT THAT THEY DID A VERY FINE JOB. THE PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT WERE VERY PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. WE HAD ONE GROUP THAT CAME OUT AND DID THE MEASUREMENTS. ANOTHER GROUP CAME OUT AND LAID THE PADDING AND CARPETING. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, NICE AND DID A GOOD JOB. WITHIN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO HOME DEPOT CALLS TO SEE IF WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND IF THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY STAY ON TOP OF THEIR WORK.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT IT NOW IS THAT THE JOB IS FINISHED. I'M QUITE SATISFIED, BUT I DID NOT LIKE THE EXPERIENCE OF WHEN THEY WERE DOING IT. THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE GOING TO BE DONE IN SUCH AND SUCH TIME, AND IT'S WAY BEYOND THAT TIME.
