They did an excellent job of the installation. We get constant complements on our floors and how nice they look. They were quick and took care of the original installation as scheduled.
Our complaint is with the follow up. There were some areas that we felt needed correcting and they agreed, but getting them to come back out to finish up was like pulling teeth. They did eventually come back, a little at a time, to make the necessary changes and it is all done beautifully.
The reason that we are mentioning the poor follow up is because we felt that, once they were paid in full for the job, they were not too interested in finishing up.
So....we are happy to recommend them due to their price and the professional job they do, but not due to the poor follow up.
