Called Lance Hall for an estimate to replace an old heating/air conditioning system. He fired up the heater and it all checked out. We climbed up on the roof to check out the condensing unit to find the fan motor not performing correctly. He gave a couple of options, one to replace the entire system or to replace the fan motor. I choose to replace the fan motor. As part of the service he replaced the capacitor, contacts and checked for leaks, freon charge and washed out the cooling fins. I felt he was very thorough, professional, honest and provided a great service. When the old system finally stops working I'll be calling Lance for a complete system.

My air conditioner has been blowing fuses since I bought the house last year. My home warranty company has sent out three other air conditioner repair companies that would replace the fuses so the air conditioner would work for a few days then suddenly not work anymore. The last company couldn't find anything wrong and just replaced the fuses. My air conditioner worked for a few hours then stopped. I finally realized if I wanted to find out why the fuses were being blown I would need to find my own repair company.I found Hall's Heating and Air in the yellow pages and had the technician respond that same day. He took the time to check the fuse connector box and found the reason the fuses were being blown. He quoted me a reasonable price to replace the box and said the price would be applied to the compressor if that were to go out in the future. He was up front and did not try to sell me anything more. He showed me the parts that were bad and explained what was happening with the blown fuses. He fixed my air conditioner when three other companies couldn't or wouldn't. I would recommed Hall's to anyone who needs their air conditioner repaired.
