We were Initially approved for a USDA Loan through a different company, however the only rural area closest to my neighborhood was Adelanto CA, but that area was not to our satisfaction or liking. I called Mr. Glenn Smith (Direct Lender) He provided me with details of a special program that was offering financial help to low income/moderate families with purchasing a home and in a better neighborhood of Apple Valley CA. My husband and I did run into a couple of obstacles on our part along the way in getting Final Approval, however Mr. Glenn Smith researched and found a way in helping us overcome these obstacles. Through those obstacles Mr. Smith found and qualified us with an even better loan mortgage which lowered our initial mortgage payment and without a monthly PMI (Personal Mortgage Insurance) attached to it ;) Mr. Glenn Smith is very polite, friendly, professional  and knows his STUFF!
