We were Initially approved for a USDA Loan through a different company, however the only rural area closest to my neighborhood was Adelanto CA, but that area was not to our satisfaction or liking. Through those obstacles Mr. Smith found and qualified us with an even better loan mortgage which lowered our initial mortgage payment and without a monthly PMI (Personal Mortgage Insurance) attached to it ;) Mr. Glenn Smith is very polite, friendly, professional and knows his STUFF!
