THE INSPECTOR MEET US AT THE PROPERTY AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. HE TOOK ME THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY AND POINTED OUT ALL THE PROBLEMS. HE ALSO SHOWED ME THAT SOME OF THE PROBLEMS THAT WERE EASY AND THAT I COULD DO IT MYSELF. HE ALSO POINTED OUT SOME REALLY BAD PROBLEMS AND MENTIONED THAT THE SELLER SHOULD FIX THESE BEFORE WE CLOSE ESCROW.

IT WAS GOOD. I THINK HE IS LIMITED IN WHAT HE CAN DO AND SAY AND HE STAYED WITHIN HIS BOUNDS. HE LEFT A MESSAGE FAIRLY SOON AND HE WAS ON TIME. THERE WAS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING BEFOREHAND AND HE TOLD US WHAT HE COULD AND COULD NOT DO. WHEN HE FOUND SOMETHING, HE EXPLAINED IN LAYMAN'S TERMS WHAT HE FOUND.
