He arrived right at the time he was supposed to. After he checked my unit out he could find nothing wrong with it. He turned it on and off to make sure it was functioning properly. This man was extremely knowledgeable about air conditioners. The unit functioned perfectly since he left. I would definitely call him againn for any problems I might have in the future. He was very professional and friendly.

As a relatively new home owner in the area, I was looking for a company that I could work with to handle preventative maintenance on our heating and air conditioning units.  After calling and coordinating a time, they were very communicative about time updates regarding coming later than expected and actual arrival time.
Once the technician arrived, he was quick to clean out the AC unit and all the coils.  He also pointed out potential issues that he saw might hit us before the next summer season.  The technician was very knowledgeable and easy to work with.  I'll definitely be working with them again to resolve the outstanding issues with our older units.
