Title Companies
Linda Nickerson, Escrow Officer assisted in cleaning a lien that had been cleared but the title company could not find it. The titIe company wanted me to buy a lost note bond to close escrow. I found the lien number in the public records and Linda help look up the number which showed my title was cleared. She was very helpful and was on top of everything. I would recommend Linda Nickerson from Escrow Junction.
