I had them before and they were fine but I think they started having problems with a high turnover rate. I kept getting different technicians who wanted to do a quick 5 minute job every month so I discontinued the service.

I would not recommend them to others. They were billing me monthly even though I told them that I required their service only every three months. They would come out to my house and spray anyways even if I told them I would not be at home when they would call. As such they would spray only the outside and not the inside which lessened the agreement I had with them. They could not get rid of a mice and beetle problem I had. I was very unhappy with their service. When I called and asked them why they were billing me monthly they said that bill every one monthly and said that they have been coming every month and spraying the outside of my building. When I was hospital I make it clear that I did not want them to come out and spray because of my dogs to make sure everything would be safe with them but if they have been spraying when I was gone then it was dangerous them. They were billing me for the month of May even though I had already cancelled the agreement with them. It was a bad situation with them all the way round. Their pricing is competitive with every other company. I would not use them again in the future.

We just recently retained their services and we are pretty happy with them. They were very nice. The young man that came was very personable and very helpful.

.They do a very good job. They come on time and whenever there are any problems they come out and help immediately.

I have no bugs. He calls every month to set up the appointment. We enjoy no bugs and I signed a year contract with them. They have various plans and I chose every other month. The first time they came, they sprayed inside and out. Every other month they just come outside unless we need them inside, again. It costs $66 every other month. I compared the price to at least one other place, it's average, and seems to be the going rate. They give you a window of time when they come out , and come out real quickly when I need them. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.
