horrible, workers smoked in my house, trashed my yard, and when I went to express to Carpeteria what was happening, the owner Joe was rude, treated me as if I someone he can be just mean with. At first I didn't think he was talking to me, and when I asked if he was talking with me, Joe responded again very rudely and horribly, as if it was normal to treat people like this, and its suppose to be ok to have workers trash your home. Come to find out, the guy who came out to give us an estimate quit the same day we paid for the job. would never recommend this place to anyone. FYI, my porcelain floors were never sealed or grouted, and that was paid for. I'm constantly having problems with the tile, would never call them to repair it. Just don't want to be treated like that ever again.
