VERY HELPFUL AND TRUSTING; ALLOWED SAMPLE BOARD OF TILES TO BE TAKEN HOME FOR A WEEK SO WE COULD MAKE UP OUR MINDS. WORK DONE ON DAYS STATED AND TO OUR REQUIREMENTS. LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. LATER CALLED FOR INFORMATION ABOUT TILE FLOORS OVER WOOD FLOORS, FOR LATER POSSIBLE PURCHASE NOT HERE BUT OUT OF STATE AND GRACIOUSLY GIVEN THAT INFORMATION, EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD NOT POSSIBLY DO THE WORK THEMSELVES.
