.Jeff discussed the system, his proposals for system improvements and provided a written proposal of all costs. Upon my acceptance we set a mutually agreeable date to install the system and he appeared on time as scheduled. He explained what he was doing during each step of the installation. He provided excellent advice regarding placement of the imbedded speakers and wire routing. At every step, he exemplified the highest professional standards. I had asked friends and acquaintences about the company before settling on this provider and was not disapointed. It had been planned to use two people to perform the installation but the assistant was unavailable on the appointed day and Jeff did the installation on his own. Because components were so old, I took longer than normal to program the remote control and Jeff ended up with a 10 oe 11 hour day at no additional cost to me.
