5 Star Cleaning Service

The cleaning professional arrived with her 17 year old son. The female cleaned the upstairs and left her son to clean the downstairs. She did a good job upstairs dusting, vacuuming and wiping down the bathrooms but her son was left unsupervised and didn't do most of the tasks. The dusting was not done downstairs and the kitchen was not touched at all. I had left my 61 year old father to supervise but he fell asleep and the cleaning pair went unsupervised which is to say why would anyone have to supervise a professional at all. So he didn't complain when they were done and I had scheduled 4 hours of cleaning time at 50.00 an hour. I prepaid for 200.00 or four hours. They completed the task in 2 hours and still charged me 200.00 for 4 hours even though the pair only worked for two hours. The work was poor from the 17 year old son and why was a child under 18 at a professional work site. Furthermore the 17 year old boy used our vacuum cleaner since they didn't bring one in her Jaguar. I was on the airplane coming back from the middle east and my wife was out shopping so the situation went unchecked. Do not recommend use of this company in the future.
