DBA: MOLLY MAID OF BURBANK Part of the nationwide franchise system of Molly Maids, we are a housecleaning service that has been in business over 23 years servicing homes in the Burbank, Glendale, La Crescenta, Montrose, North Hollywood, Studio City, Toluca Lake and Sherman Oaks (91423) areas. All of our employees are fully insured, background checked and bonded. We come to your home in full company uniforms and in a marked company vehicle and we bring our own supplies and equipment. We charge an hourly rate on the first visit and a flat rate for regular weekly, every other week and monthly service. We are active in our community, supporting local high schools, the AYSO and Special Olympics. We are also proud members of Cleaning For A Reason, a collection of cleaning companies across the country that provide free cleanings to women with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy. We are also members of the nationwide Ms. Molly Foundation, which provides support to battered and abused women.

Clean the kitchen and bathrooms, dust the tops of any ceiling fans, dust throughout the home, feather dust the blinds and wood shutters and windex sliding glass doors., mop the vinyl/tile floors with PineSol and all wood floors with Murphy's Oil Soap. We will also make any unmade beds and change the sheets if clean linens are left out. On the first visit out we also do five spring cleaning items: high dust for cobwebs, vacuum all the rugs and carpeting

"Please be advised that on April 20th, 2010 this matter was brought before small claims court and the judge found absolutely ZERO basis for judgment against our company and awarded ZERO damages to the plaintiff. After tens of thousands of cleanings across 11 years of doing business this was the first time we had ever dealt with something like this. The route manager accused of this crime was so upset she even attempted to appear in court three days after serious surgery to defend her name and the company she has worked for over the past six years. Though saddened that it came to this we feel completely vindicated that no one on our staff was found to have committed any crime, nor was our company found negligent in any way whatsoever."
