Initially we were pleased with the results, however within the next year or two, problems were noticed.
This included a crack developing in the grout along the length of the counter (between
the counter and the backsplash) and paint wearing off in several places in the
bathroom. We also began to notice that the GFI would sometimes be triggered
when we used the appliances i.e. microwave and toaster oven. This required us
to reset the GFI each time it tripped the breaker. While we were having
electrical work done in another part of the house (about 2 years after remodel),
the electrician pointed out that all our appliances were on one electrical
line. He said that there should have been 2 or 3 separate lines to handle all
our appliances, including the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and coffee maker.
When we tried to contact the company by both email and leaving phone messages
to discuss these problems, they never responded. This surprised us because during
the construction they responded well to our requests and suggestions.
