VIC'S PLUMBING SUPPLY CO

They were wonderful. I had a decorator with a prior contractor and architect to come in. She chose all the fixtures for the bathroom and everything with me. We went with Ken, our contractor, into Vic's. The owner went around with us because Ken does a lot of business there. We told him what our budget was. We took everything that we had chosen and chose something that looked like it but was cheaper and of good quality. We did half of our budget on the fixtures. We had no problems with them. I had nothing to do with them other than choose fixtures and write checks. They had a great showroom. They showed me something of quality and it was cheaper than the designer had chosen. I had no problem with them. I didn't have anything to do with them except choose and the owner helped us. I liked the price because it was half of the budget. We still have beautiful fixtures. I'm giving them all A's, but, I've had other bad experiences in the past. The key here is I found someone who had done work for others I knew, my friends or acquaintances. My husband's doctor and wife both said at separate times, when they weren't together, that, they loved him, when I met them down the street. They had done several projects with Ken. People I knew said they all love him.
