They're good. They're caring and thorough. It was costly. If they did a biopsy, it was going to raise the cost double. I told them to hold off the biopsy. My dog didn't need the biopsy.

A sincere "thank you" for the special attention all of you provided 3 June 2014 for our dog Fez that needed oral surgery as soon as possible.  We had several issues leading up to why we chose Dr. Marianne and your hospital for this needed procedure and the overall experience ended up flawless.  After reading online reviews and within one visit to your office, we felt comfortable enough to trust your hospital with our sensitive, ?old-soul introspective? child/dog Fez.  You were truthful and responsive from the start and put us at ease knowing what would be involved in this procedure.

We have communicated to friends & co-workers about what a great Veterinarian office you have and that this good experience is because of a combined effort between the Veterinarian, Staff, and Hospital Personnel.

They're good! They are very caring and they listen. They are also knowledgeable.

The staff was very professional and comforting.     Allowed us to take our time. Very thoughtful.    Sent a sympathy card a few days later-"nice touch!"

They never over charge you unless there is a good justification for it. They take their time and are extremley skilled. They also have very high end equiptment. It is a husband and wife team with good communication between them. There is always someone to cover.

The staff is excellent and all obviously pet lovers. They are punctual, appear to know what they are talking about, and all seem to be able to answer questions if necessary. The facility has a long history, so it can appear old on the outside, but these new doctors have brought in up-to-date knowledge and reasonable pricing to make this a perfect choice for my doggie care.

  I would recommend Ventura Veterinary Hospital to anyone who needs to have medical help for their animals.

Very nice couple operating this hospital since early 2011.  Very friendly staff and punctual.  The doctor likes to share a lot of information concerning my dog and he really seemed to know what he was talking about.  He may have found a knee problem on my dog and instructed me to observe and restrict activity.  Might have to re-check the joint later.  I thought the charges were fine, comparable to other hospitals and much better than when I take my dog to the 24 hr emergency vet.  I have used several other vet hospitals in Ventura in the past and I will definitely continue to come to this hospital as my primary location.

They are good.  Their office visits are a lot lower than the place that I was going to previously.  They are very friendly and very knowledgeable.  They will work with one’s budget.  They are very punctual.  I've never waited even for a second.  I walk in and they are ready for me which is awesome.  I would continue to use them in the future.

The Doctors here are AMAZING!  They truly care about animals and not just their pocket book.  I found their prices competitive but fell in love with their service.  They are amazing and really know what they are doing.  I am so glad I have found the vets I will use for the rest of my dogs' lives.  I can't recommend them enough they truly are amazing Drs!  Professional - high quality - friendly - with competitive pricing = the perfect place to take my animals.
