Service person -checked everything and determined it was a faulty remote. We got rid of remote. He then serviced rails with special lubricant -installed a special stability rod where he saw panels were cracking. Excellent service.

Scott the service person came out within a few hours and quickly fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After fixing the door he did needed maintenance. This is the same company that installed the door and they did an excellent job putting it in replacing our old wooden one.

Andy was at my house within 20 minutes of my call to complete the service and haul away the older parts. He was friendly and professional. Did the work and more - put the wall opener in a better position that included tacking down the electrical cord so it did not hang like it did before; lubricated all moving parts on the garage door itself; and adjusted the tension on the garage door. This was separate work from the install of the garage opener work itself. He tolerated my hovering over him because I was genuinely interest in the process of replacing everything that hung from the top of the garage.

My garage door spring broke and we had two cars in the garage at the time. I went to Angie's List and found Ventura Overhead Door. I phoned them and told them one of the cars needed to be out of the garage (to get one of us to work) within an hour. This company not only listened to our dilemma, but responded and got the door open in time for us to get to work. Additionally, they were quick with the repair(finished in approximately 45 minutes) and didn't charge any 'extra fee' for the prompt response. I will definitely use them again!

It went very well. They came the afternoon I called. The repair man serviced the door operator, checked the remotes, photo eyes and lubricated and serviced all moving parts. He also showed me where I should use the spray lubrication myself. He was prompt and did a good job. My garage door opener now opens quietly and smoothly. I would use them again and recommend them to others.
