 + -1 moreThe building had been originally built in 1968. No updates had been made since then and many things had been allowed to break, deteriorate, and were incorrectly installed at the beginning. Also, previous tenants had illegally changed the garage into a living unit with illegal wiring and no plumbing. It was filthy. The final result is beautiful with all details attended to so everything is new, correctly installed, and works perfectly. Ron Troxell, the owner, is very easy to work with and takes it upon himself to attend to every detail that makes the final product the finest it can be. They are extremely conscientious, honest, and do perfect work. I am very pleased and have continued to use his and Ventura Coast Construction's services on other jobs. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We totally tore apart and put back together a duplex. This included all types of remodeling including plumbing, electrical, construction, flooring, putting in a new fireplace, etc.
