Tim was assigned to me by my company's relocation contractor. Even though I had nothing to do with finding Tim, I was fortunate to get him. He did a fantastic job of determining my needs and helping me to find the perfect house. Because the house I chose was a short sale it turned into a lengthy process. Throughout the transaction Tim remained attentive and available, and worked tirelessly to get the deal closed. He even offered to help me with landscaping my yard! I feel as though I've not only found a wonderful agent, but a friend as well.
