From the moment I first spoke to Terri by phone I was so relieved. My mother had passed away, there were some questions re her mortgage, she was a hoarder, (I went through over 1 ton of papers), there was a woman I tried to help out by letting her stay at the house while I was getting everything ready to sell who brought with her 15-17 cats, a boxed pigeon, 3 dogs and a 92 yr old father, who made it extremely difficult for me emotionally, and also logistically to even show the house. Terri walked and talked me through every crisis with a smile, a hug, a laugh, whatever it took. She not only is the consummate professional, she is a joy of a human being. I cannot say enough about her.
