SERVICE MASTER

The mold remediation was fine. They came on time, scheduled the enviornmental test and were prompt about fixing the issues that were noted by the env. testing agency. The experience went downhill once I told them that I would not be using their general contractor for the rebuild of the room. He was very unprofessional and childish, They also cut a pipe in my kitchen without getting my approval first. This was not a big deal as they stated that they would pay to have it fixed. They never fixed it. When I contacted them about fixing it, they told me to get a plumber to do it and send them the bill for reimbursement. I did. i never geo the reimbursement. I had to call my insurance agent and have them reimburse me directly and deduct the plumbing fee from their final payment for the remediation. It was a pain.

They were amazing. My whole house downstairs came out brand new. They had an open floor plan and they painted the whole downstairs and the whole upstairs. The floors looked beautiful and the colors I picked were beautiful. How he put them together was beautiful.

The first several operations were very prompt, even over the weekend. The staff was polite and cleaned up. However, it required 4 phone calls over the period of 10 days to get some one in to clean the carpets as a last step. The message kept getting lost somewhere. Also, the initial demolition was just a bit rough. I think they might have achieved the same effect with less destruction.

SERVICE MASTER DID A GREAT JOB THEY WORKED FOR ABOUT 4 DAYS AT OUR HOUSE. THEY PULLED UP THE CARPET SET UP FANS, TORE OUT THE WALLS AND REPAIRED THAT. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND BILLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY ALSO.

SERVICEMASTER DID A GREAT JOB ON MY CARPET CLEANING. I'VE CALLED OTHER SERVICES BEFORE AND HAVEN'T FELT LIKE THE CARPET WAS VERY CLEAN. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS SERVICE.
