initially they delivered the wrong color. Then they failed to  measure the area and delivered the w rong size Finally they failed to install the ice maker properly resulting in a rancid smell.  . It was necessary to hire a plumber to correct the problem.

Having purchased a refrigerator some time ago from Reids with only minor disappointments, I decided to purchase a top-line Bosch dishwasher.  The salesman said he was unable to come down in price, so I paid full.  They had to order and would call when it came in since I worked during the week.  I left office, home and cell numbers.  No call, but attempted delivery was indicated on a note.  Called and made arrangements, then got a call just hours before saying it was not in yet.  Huh?  It was there the week before when they attempted.!  Two more weeks and no call.  After a month, I finally got someone to admit they sold it to someone else and now were having trouble getting one for me.  2 more weeks, no call.  Walked in and talked (again) to owner Timm and told him I was giving up because he could not tell me when I might see a dishwasher.  He took my credit card and said he was running it through for a refund.  He did not.  After multiple attempts to get someone to talk to me about my money, I finally talked to a bookkeeper with attitude who decided it was MY problem, not theirs.  Fortunately I have my credit with a bank that will go to bat for me and they did.  My bank gave me my money back then took Reids to task.  Fortunately I had all my proof and Reids ultimately refunded my bank 2 months later.

As it turns out, the information on the machine I was given was for another model, and the model they sold me I found a 3 other stores for less money H.D., Lo--s, and Se--s. 
Beware:  I do not believe they carry top-of-the-line even though they might say so.  I believe some of the appliances are last year's models that they sell as new (my refrigerator was well over a year) and they will not return calls if there is a problem.....not with my experience, at least.
