As the manager of 15 rental properties, I trust Ranch Hands Construction above all other contractors I’ve ever worked with. They have been my go-to for all my repairs and remodels for the last 5 years. They are the most respectful, clean, responsible and communicative contractors I’ve ever worked with. No egos, no dog and pony show, these guys are genuine, work with integrity and are honest. As a woman on the job site, I feel supported and a respected part of the team. I have remodeled several rental properties with them and we refurbished a historical Victorian home in downtown Ventura. I call them for tenant emergencies…like electrical issues, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, fence repairs, and all the things you can imagine comes with a rental property. I’ve had tenants call me to compliment the crew and extend appreciation for the work they’ve done. So, from putting up a mailbox to making a neglected 100+ year old home beautiful again, go with Ranch Hands.

Ranch hands are the BEST. I love Bill and Daniel. They were so professional and really did beautiful work. They turned my home completely around. They were so patient and prices are quite reasonable compared to others. I like that they aren't gimmicky sales people and just listened to what I wanted and delivered on it. I am saving up to have them reno my kitchen. I would pick these folks and wholeheartedly support their cause. ❤️
