QUALITY UPHOLSTERY

I had six vintage (and delicate) dining room chairs -- every single one of them had ripped seats. Although somewhat amusing, it was turning into a liability when guests would sit on, then fall through, the chairs. 
Quality Upholstery was one of the few local businesses that got back to me promptly. He made an estimate over the phone. When I brought in the chairs, he told me that the cost would be higher -- the chairs hadn't been properly reinforced previously and would require extra work. He took time to explain to me what had been done before and why it was necessary to go the extra steps. I felt like the additional cost would be worth it.
He had very nice materials on hand from which I could pick. The work was done within the timeline and was beautifully done. Very friendly group of people. I have several more reupholstery jobs and will definitely use them in the future. 
I'm sure the overall cost is within a reasonable range for this kind of work, even though I hate spending money on things like this. The chairs are valuable so it was worth recovering them with such care.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK. COULD NOT TELL THERE HAD BEEN A PROBLEM WITH THAT PART OF THE CHAIR AT ALL. JOB WAS DONE WHEN PROMISED, AND PRICE WAS WHAT HAD BEEN PROMISED.
