Half an hour late - he said he was in my driveway on time but was getting business calls . Higher than what was quoted. Took a longer time to get an extra part than what he said. He said a couple of minutes and it was 45 minutes before he returned. He didn't clean up his mess all the way and what he did he put in MY trash instead of taking it with him. I am surprised he made your list.

Hired PowerSmart to do electrical repair and lighting install in our home. They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and overall excellent. I would definitely hire again and I recommend them to anyone. Brent and James are fantastic.

Brent, James and Tyler did an upgrade of my 50+ year old electrical panel.The upgrade was from a 50amp service to a 200amp service. Very neat installation. They are a very knowledgable company. Very hard workers, they get straight to business upon arrival to job site. Yes I will hire this company again.

They did a Service panel upgrade on my home in Camarillo. Brent , James and Tyler (?) did a great job! I have already recommended them to friends of mine and will be using them again for other projects. Great quality work and Customer service !

I called Powersmart from the home advisor list. The electrician that came was great. He went the extra mile to make sure our problem was fixed.I was very impressed with the prices, professionalism,and his work ethic. He solved our problem and I will be recommending that company to anyone needing help.

I have NEVER written a review before. But I had to with my experience with this company. Brent, James and son were nice. We gave them a difficult job. They figured it out and it worked! Until that night. The breakers went out. The next day Brent came back to my place to finish up the job. I mentioned the outage. He told me to give him a call if it happens again. Well, it happened again. So I called the next morning and left a message. No response. I called in the afternoon and left a message. No response. So the next day, still no response, I decided to call someone else. Today the new electrician fixed the problem. All PowerSmart had to do was return my call. They did not I had to spend more $ to get their mistake fixed! Nice people, bad customer service!! Not recommended!

Excellent electrical contractor. Responsive, and easy to work with. Prompt and industrious. Reasonable pricing and quality installation. We plan to use them again.

We had some strange electrical issues going on that needed a professional diagnosis, so we had Powersmart come in to check things out. It turns out that a replacement electrical panel that was put in about 10 years ago was undersized, with each breaker being overloaded. The result was crossover between the "hot" and "cold" circuits. Powersmart put in a whole new box and breakers at a very reasonable cost. They were professional, but personable, came when they said they would and, in a first for me, actually completely cleaned up after themselves. The only reason I could not give them five stars was they not email me a receipt, as promised. I am contacting them about that this week.

P0WERSMART ELECTRICâ S PEP0LE WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and curtious. They listened to your problem. They were a little expensive but treat you right. I would definitely use them again.

There aren’t enough great things I can say. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the job we needed. Brent had excellent suggestions for ease of use an streamlined the electrical needs for future use.

2018-11-27 John C. Newbury Park, CA My project was to upgrade a 100A main panel to 200A, add a 100A sub-panel in the garage and add a 50A circuit for A/C. Brent, James & Tyler showed up on the scheduled day at the scheduled time and we re-walked the job to ensure everyone was on the same page. Following that, they immediately began the work, starting with placing debris/stucco catching canvas to keep my yard clean. They were very efficient in time management and each one had a task to perform which made the work go smoothly. They completed the job in ~six hours, except for a couple of sub-panel breakers which were out-of-stock, but they came by and installed them the next day. They cleaned up all the debris and left the site as it was before their arrival. I highly recommend this crew!
