Description of Work: Brought my wall clock in for a cleaning. He did give me a $15 discount which was nice, but I thought price was still high. Picked up clock and hour hand was very loose, clock ran very slow and chimed the wrong hour, none of which were the case when I took it in. He was attentive when I went back, but now the clock is running very fast and still chimes the wrong hour. I may have to go back again. For what I paid, he should have checked it thoroughly before returning the clock to me the first time.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job but what they repaired was something that they should have done properly in the first place. They have to come back out again.
Description of Work: I used Pacific Coast Clocks for clock repair services. My grandfather clock was keeping time but it was not chiming. They came out and fixed it.
