I just got my Orkin bill today. It was $89 last service and $113.95 today. 28% increase. I called the number on the bill 866-640-4371. Bill says Orkin, 157-ventura, CA. I spoke with a nice lady named Maria. She has no control over pricing but noted that with autopay Orkin can charge my account any outstanding balance regardless of how much the increase is. I was shocked that an ethical company would do this. I canceled both of my accounts. I recommend you find someone other than Orkin to service your needs.

Overall good. A bit pricy but quick service. Still noticed a few fleas afterwards. So more Raid and vacuuming got the last of them. One 2nd treatment for some reason was a bit white.

They are pretty easy to get a hold of and I use them every other month. They also come in-between months in case I ask them when I have trouble with bugs and they don't charge me. Their services are good and I don't have any complaints. I'm satisfied and I don't get to talk to them a lot as they only spray on the outside and I'm not around most of the time. There is a different provider each time and sometimes they try to assign the same person to spray the house.

They are pretty good. I'm happy with their service and they will come out if their is a problem. I've had the same technican for awhile and he is nice and helpful.
