I am the Wood Window Specialist. I love challenges. My company is owned by my wife and I. I do have a $35.00 trip charge for evaluations. If it is something I can fix at the time and you the customer agrees to the price, I will waive trip charge and then just charge the Hourly rate which is $65.00 an hour or the bid price of the job.
