Great, except the setting on the charge was wrong, however that took 5 mins to change.

Mike came out to assess and give quotes and installed a new board across gate and fixed broken gate latch and then it took constant calls to get a schedule set up even though he told me he was coming back before the week was out. Apparently this is a consistent problem according to what I’ve read and I would think should be resolved so people aren’t constantly inconvenienced by having to chase him down to commit and then meet that commitment. The two young men that did the posts and cement block were great and the test of their work will be seen over time I’m sure.However the young kid he sent with them to do all else was a nightmare. Everything he did he mucked up - towel rod installed crooked, tissue holder installed leaving old Molly bolt sticking up and in wrong place. Cement filler washed away in the rain, ruined an intercom speaker and left a pin and a spring stuck to the back magnet of the speaker, and left half of the post he was to plaster and paint undone. Mike did not come with them and this kid is not an electrician and should not have attempted to replace speaker and in trying to remove Molly bolt at tissue holder left a big hole and left several holes in closet not plastered. I spent my time asking him to correct his messes like a crooked towel holder and then he offered to get a level. I couldn’t believe his incompetence or his lack of concern. I also couldn’t believe Mike sending someone that poor to do work I paid a hefty price for and although I would rehire Mike I would add that this kid should be fired or used to hand tools to others and that’s all - a nice boy but that’s it. Of course I complained and mike came out and brought him with him to fix things snd that’s how I learned about the hole behind the tissue holder and the speaker and he left the kid to repatch the post - he did better but when I looked after he left he still didn’t completely patch all the holes. This is no joke folks and all I could think was that I was being scammed big time or considered a dummy who would not notice incompetence. I asked mike to never bring him to my home again if and when I needed future work done. Update, 5/7/18: I would like to respond one last time to the last text. Yes Mike I was most happy you returned to fix what you could after a day of so many screwups by your employee. However you uncovered more mistakes I had not seen and left me with a broken speaker (the only one in my home now) and caused by your employee and a holder in the wrong spot but you fixed the hole behind it also made by your employee. The post was further patched but as seen by my carpenter still not complete and I supplied the wood putty. So be it. I have a text where you said when asked that yes you were sending an electrician ( to allay my fear of electrical fires) but your very best electrician and you lied for this kid shouldn’t have touched anything electric. I didn’t diagnose my gates just telling you they dragged and would lock properly. Your boys did a great job with what they knew to do and added a board to hold the lock but you should have added posts there also. So be it. When I asked why your kid did what he did after no upsets by me (I left him alone among my personals to go to the store to get more parts he needed (I was sold an incomplete set) and we never had unkind words - I thought he was a nice kid.) you added insult to injury by saying he just had a bad day - and had done these jobs before and fine them well. I guess it was just my lucky day for him to say the he’ll with it and botch everything he touched. I think he’s telling you something and that is that he doesn’t want to do this and maybe wants to follow another profession - as an elderly person we are often taken advantage of and if anyone of my contacts were to experience the day I had I would feel responsible for he might just have another bad day. So I cannot recommend him or you with that defensive tack - happy you fixed what you did unhappy for what he damaged or left undone and though I would enjoy your workmanship I cannot trust what you would send. I wish you the very best always. Hope this clears up any questions left unanswered.

We had problems with our sinks.   I think they did great.  I like their service very well.  We had to change a day.  They were supposed to come a certain day and then we had to change to a different day; that was the only thing.  The work they did turned out great.  I would say that once they arrive at your home they're very pleasant, if you have any questions they're willing to answer any of your questions, they ask you if you have any questions, and they do a good job.  It was good.  The quality of their work was great and we will be using them again. 

Art and his guys did a great job . Looking foreward to use them again .

They did exactly what they quoted, with some minor, agreed-upon changes. Work was completed within the agreed-upon time frame.

It worked out fine. We were considering him doing some bathroom work, we had him quote it. The work was too complicated. I don't think there was anything wrong with what he quoted, it was just kind of a risky project and we decided not to go through with it. 

We did have him do some work sealing windows and trim painting. I was really satisfied with the work that he did. 

I would give them an A. They did a good job. He was quite responsive. 

Yes I would use MIKE'S HANDYMAN SERVICE's service again. I thought they're a little bit overpriced for what they did.

It was am imbarrassingly small job, but one I couldn't do myself.  Mike arrived right on time, fixed it quick, and was a really nice guy.  I appreciated that he didn't mind how minor the job was.  Will definitely call again.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time. They went above and beyond. We were very highly satisfied. They were competitively priced as well.
