CHARLIE IS GREAT. HE ALWAYS IS WILLING TO GET OVER TO THE HOUSE, AND FIX THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OUR COMPUTER PROBLEMS NEVER LAST LONG. HE'S BEEN ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM THE VERY SAME DAY.
